The Nike Air VaporMax Plus is a new take of the Air VaporMax silhouette in 2018 and it’s officially featured in its Triple Black colour scheme. 2018 is fast becoming the year of sole-swapped silhouettes. You only need to consider some of this year’s most anticipated releases from Nike to see that most of those are Frankenstein-like creations. Taking the ultra innovative Air Unit from the Vapormax, Nike transplant that technology underneath the lightweight and soft upper of the Air Max Plus. The sneaker basically mixes together the Air Max Plus and VaporMax into one. Featuring a neoprene upper with TPU overlays that follows the signature style of the Air Max Plus, the shoe is detailed with an VaporMax sole, Air Vapor Max Plus branding on the tongues and “VM” logo on the heel to complete the design altogether.
